The plan an elite club would build for one player.
An academy trains fifty on one plan. Here, one plan is built for a single athlete.
What your player gets.
Thirty scheduled sessions a quarter across six fronts of work, plus a monthly family meeting. Development happens when all of them push in the same direction over months. This is the program's rhythm.
A 45-minute session with the player alone: managing pressure, preventing burnout and overload, and setting short- and long-term goals. Each quarter the player receives written goals and ongoing progress tracking. This is not psychological therapy. If a clinical concern is identified, the player is referred to a specialist.

The player reviews his own game footage, identifying what to improve and how his performance lines up with what his team expects of him. He leaves with specific clips and actionable development objectives. This is where game intelligence and tactical awareness are built.

An age-appropriate strength and injury-prevention program, tailored to the player's competitive workload and stage of physical development. The emphasis is structured progression, not isolated exercises.

The player's nutrition is reviewed with a nutritionist every two weeks, with adjustments for competitive demands, physical growth, and how the player responds.

Sessions designed around what the video analysis found: technical execution, decision-making, and positional requirements. Every session begins with a specific development objective, never a generic drill. Individual or small group, depending on the objective.

The coach attends a competitive match to observe the player in a real-game environment: performance under pressure, communication, and tactical awareness. The player receives feedback and a post-match report. Competition is the one environment that can't be fully simulated.

Status of the project, the next block's objectives, and decisions to make. The family is part of the process, not an outside observer.

Every match and training clip the family sends in receives written feedback, with no limit on submissions within the quarter.
Years, not quarters.
No player makes his leap in three months. The program runs in quarterly blocks because that's the honest cadence for reviewing objectives, adjusting load, and deciding together with the family, not because development has an expiration date. Each quarter builds on the last, and the month-three meeting is where continuation is decided together.
Julen.
Over a decade developing players in elite environments in Spain and across Europe, inside the academies of Athletic Club, Villarreal, FC Barcelona, and RCD Espanyol. This program doesn't apply a generic methodology; it applies the one used in clubs that live off producing players.
Today he works inside the New Jersey landscape daily, as development director and coach at Independiente del Valle NJ and NJ Crush FC, so he knows what each club is looking for and which level fits the player.
Every Goal Craft plan is written and directed by Julen himself: one athlete, one file, one standard.

A career isn't decided in New Jersey alone.
Working inside academies like Athletic Club or Villarreal changes two things for a player: the standard he's measured against, and the doors that can be opened. The program brings that perspective in from day one, with priority access to the Spain and London experiences Goal Craft organizes.

The player before the program.
It starts with a free 45-minute evaluation: where the player stands, what he needs, and the plan a first quarter would follow. If the program isn't the right fit right now, we'll say so.
$1,500 at signing and $1,500 thirty days into the program. Renewal quarters are $2,700 on the same split: half at renewal, half at day thirty.
Limited to a small number of players per quarter to guarantee proper follow-through. The program begins only after the no-cost evaluation meeting with the player and family.
The month-three family meeting is where continuation is decided together. Every following 3-month block keeps the same structure.
We get it, life happens. Give us a heads-up and we'll reschedule; with a small group there's nearly always another hour. A session missed without any word counts as delivered, because that slot was held for your player. Keep in touch with us and we'll make it work.
Quarter fees are non-refundable: the individual planning is built and delivered for your player from the start. The one exception: if the coach is unable to deliver the service, remaining sessions are rescheduled by agreement or the unused portion is refunded.
This program does not sell signings or guaranteed trials with any club. It offers training at the standard of those academies, and an honest professional read on where the player actually stands.
We develop players. No promises of trials, only the work that makes them possible.
